Sample Letter:

Dear Mr. Thompson,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a few issues that have emerged in my apartment, Unit 4B, since the last repair work conducted approximately eight months ago.

As you might recall, during the last maintenance check, the repair crew fixed a few broken tiles in the bathroom, painted the living room walls, and rectified some wiring issues in the kitchen. While those repairs were executed properly and have held up, a few new problems have since presented themselves.

Firstly, there seems to be a leakage from the bathroom sink, causing a persistent damp spot underneath. Secondly, a few of the kitchen cabinet hinges have become loose, making the doors difficult to close. Finally, the bedroom window latch does not secure properly, which is a security concern.

Given that I have always ensured the apartment remains in good condition and considering the duration since the last maintenance, I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange for these issues to be inspected and repaired. A prompt resolution would not only make my living experience more comfortable but also ensure the long-term quality of the apartment.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. I hope we can resolve them at the earliest convenience.

Warm regards,

[Your Name].
